Get involved
As a not-for-profit community club, we rely on the help of our members and volunteers to keep our club running.

Coach
Our volunteer coaches play an important role in the development of Bundaberg Basketball players.
From one hour a week on a Friday night, to full coaching accreditation and representative opportunities, we have coaching opportunities across all levels and abilities.
Friday night coaches can register from 14-years-old.
Referee
Our referee program teaches the basics of running a game through to development pathways for regional and state referee opportunities.
Our Bundaberg Referees are paid per game, in line with their experience and referee grading.
We begin training referees from 12-years-old, and can provide training to payers and parents of any age.

Volunteer
Volunteers are the backbone of our organisation.
From our committee, co-ordinators and coaches to community members and parent helpers, every hour you donate helps the organisation put more towards the development of our players and opportunities for our club.
We have a range of ongoing tasks that we would love your help with, including
-
Door assistant on game days and rep carnivals
-
Canteen assistant
-
Event helpers
-
Sports photographers
-
Qualified tradies for stadium maintenance
Training is available.
Become a fortnightly volunteer for an entire season and receive a discount on your next season fees as a thank you.
Sponsor
Our players and coaches have the opportunity to compete at regional and state level, thanks to the support of our sponsors.
From our Friday Night Juniors to rep teams and QSL, there are sponsorship opportunities for businesses of all sizes.
Contact us for a sponsorship prospectus, or speak with our committee for more information.
